asciidoc-8.6.9: install the documentation

Description

The BLFS instructions for asciidoc-8.6.9 do not install the documentation. To fix this:

Add the argument "--docdir=/usr/share/doc/asciidoc-8.6.9" to the configure command.

After running "make install", as root, run "make docs".
