I think it's about ready. Right now the kf5 version is only in git, but it works. Requires libkcddb, also from git for the kf5 version.
Depends on udisks2 to find the cdrom drive.

Fixed at revision 17756.
Also re-added libkcddb.xml which is required for k3b.
