At some point in 1.11 cycle, cups-filters gained a dep on mutool binary. It's provided by mupdf, but current BLFS instructions don't install it.
Just change the current install commands in mupdf to "make build=release prefix=/usr install" (supports DESTDIR).

Updating this package now.

Going to take these and do them while updating GNOME. I will create new tickets after they are completed.
Also, there has been mention of some more ImageMagick security issues. I'll look into them to see if they are worth updating the package again.
