Bugfix release (Nothing from List::UtilsBy was actually being exported).
A quick check suggests deps have not changed. I can pick this up with biber-2.6 (thought I was almost ready with the amended dependencies, but a check against my own script shows some ommissions, which should not take too long, and some confusion about where certain dependencies fit in which will take longer.
