FFmpeg-3.2 notes:
- sdl2 output device and ffplay support
- sdl1 output device and sdl1 support removed
Current book still has sdl as a recommended dependency.

This requires adding sdl2 to the book in order for ffplay to be built. sdl2 is also optional for cogl.
Side note: The build fails with --disable-static, so the static libraries will need to be removed with a separate instruction.
