New minor version.
Note that okular now kf5 based and included in this release.
Investigating k3b at https://github.com/KDE/k3b/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt, it looks like a stable qt5 version is targeted for the 17.04.0 KDE release.
Investigating amarok, it looks like there is no activity. I did find a kf5 branch in git (https://github.com/KDE/amarok/tree/kf5), but the newest commit I found was mid-September.

Moving to milestone 8.0. Plasma is not ready until the 14th but the others can be done now.

Fixed at revision 18291.
Still used an updated git version for k3b but okular and libkcddb are now a part of the 16.12.2 upstream repository.
Still virtually no activity for amarok.

kf5-apps-16.12.2 is due to be released Feb 6. We will target that for the March BLFS release.
