We may want to revert to lmdb-0.9.19. Upstream seems to have pulled lmdb-0.9.20. But let's wait a couple of days. If any case if a new lmdb-0.9.20 is released (instead of lmdb-0.9.21), the md5sum will probably change.

I have a copy of 20, but I hesitate to put that in the files repo.
