Description

New point version 

libwacom 0.23 is now available. New devices added are the 
ISDV4 5040 and the MobileStudio Pro.

Note: The 22HD(T) is now marked as having strip modes even though it doesn't
have physical LEDs. This means callers have to figure out some alternative
method of notifying the user about mode switches (e.g. OSDs). Note also that
the actual mode-switching isn't provided by libwacom anyway, so ymmv
regardless.
