   ** Telit: don't ignore AT ports without an explicit port type hint tag.
   ** Cinterion: improve ^SMONG and ^SCFG=? response parsers.
   ** Huawei: implement Signal interface based on ^HCSQ.
   ** QMI: require FCC auth if InvalidTransition error is detected.
