udev script bug [lfs-bootscripts-2006021]

Description

udev script tries to read non existent static devices node in /lib/udev/ and the script is VERY slow. to solve this we should call udevstart before the call to copy static nodes and then comment out that call and the one to the procedure that walk the sysfs to find coldplugged devices

The current SVN book uses lfs-bootscripts-20051223. The latest version of the bootscripts are only suitable for the udev_update branch of the book.
