No details from the changelog. This was found in the news file

all flex resources are now to be found from the website at
there was no release 2.5.32 published
numerous bug and security fixes
new nl, vi, sv, ro, po, ga, ca, fr, tr translations from the translation project
upgrade to use gettext 0.12 (this now makes the "pdf" and "ps"
targets in the build system able to be run successfully)

Fixed in r7440. No regressions showed up in the LFS build, though we'll have to monitor BLFS for any breakage this version causes and report it upstream.

Built okay, tests run okay.
Most, but not all, of the "Debian" patches are included. ChangeLog is an empty file. I guess you'll have to evaluate what you want to carry forward.
