chown and chmod for kernel's headers are redundant

I don't have full chapter and verse to quote (yet), but it seems to me that the headers are already installed as root:root and with the desired permissions.

My logs shows that you are right for both include sub-directories and headers files, the permisions fixes are unneeded with current kernel sources.
