Tcl is typed as "TCL" instead of "Tcl" in chapter 5.7 (last paragraph).

Looks like this is fixed in the latest development version already. Please see http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/chapter05/tcl.html. Feel free to reopen the ticket if I've missed it though.
