Description

New version of Less, by reading the NEWS file it can be extracted the following information:

  • New --follow-name option makes F command follow the name of a file rather than the file descriptor if an open file is renamed.
  • Make searching with -i/-I work correctly with non-ASCII text.
  • Fix DJGPP build. (not so related to LFS, I suppose)

Now 416. No more changes listed in NEWS though.

The exact change can be extracted from Greenwood software's less page, so I've taken the freedom to copy & paste it :)

  • This version fixes a UTF-8 related bug found in less-415
