The main ChangeLog hasn't been changed since Oct 16. :(
Most of the top level directories show today (Mar 4). They've got distributed ChangeLogs there. The easiest way to see the changes it to download the diff file:
binutils-2.20-2.20.1-patch.gz
It looks like several changes to ppc and arm, but nothing really important jumped out at me.
