Bzip2 version mismatch

Description
Bzip2-1.0.5 creates a library called libbz2.so.1.0.4 and the man pages still refer to 1.0.4. There's a patch to 'fix' this, but I'm waiting to hear from the maintainer as to upstream's stance on the issue.

Unfortunately, no. Any suggestions? I know you're usually pretty good at tapping some of these guys on the shoulder.

OK, I've pinged Julian myself. The patch looks good to me other than touching the generated manual.html file but I guess that's all we can do given the lack of the XML tools in LFS. I'm happy to add the patch to the book if I don't hear back from Julian in a week or so.
