I was just looking at this - for some reason, Matt's comment hasn't arrived in my mail yet, it must be taking the slow route to me. Will fix it now.

Thanks for the report. It was caused by r9322 - the udev testsuite tarball entry in packages.ent is missing the KB suffix. I'll fix up tonight unless someone beats me to it.
