Description

Minor, but annoying bug with procps. Easily reproducible by running any procps tools (top, sysctl, etc). Seemingly simple patch too... ​http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=303120 Will commit to patches after testing locally.

Problem solved. Committed as procps-3.2.8-fix_HZ_errors-1.patch.
