Description
New version. See NEWS in the tarball for the details. One major impact of this version is the requirement of libpipeline, which is no longer shipped with man-db.

I did say in the 2.5.9 version ticket that Libpipeline was no longer going to be shipped with Man-DB, and that we should put it in early so that we shoulden't worry about it later... Well, it happened.
