wget-list and Chapter 3 Packages provides a location which 404s:
ftp://pkg-shadow.alioth.debian.org/pub/pkg-shadow/shadow-4.1.4.3.tar.bz2
This is a correct link:

This was fixed in svn about three weeks ago.
