Texinfo not needed in hostreqs

Description
It seems that nothing in chapter 5 requires it. The only package that will error out is bc which is in chapter 6 so it's irrelevant.
There is a comment in book sources about it being needed by binutils-2.18 which is why it possibly ended up in host requirements in the first place.
