Move About $LFS page

Description

I believe the About $LFS page is a better fit in the "Partitioning" chapter. First, it does relate to partitioning since it is set to the partition's mount point, and second I think that page should appear before any other reference to $LFS in the book.

This would also require a few text changes on that page, so I've attached a new modified page to use in Chapter 2.
