It's already at 4.3.30.

We are using ​http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/bash-4.3.tar.gz plus ​http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/lfs/development/bash-4.3-upstream_fixes-7.patch

The new release is ​http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/bash/bash-4.3.30.tar.gz and no patches are needed.

It's effectively the same but the new tarball is cleaner.
