Description
We need to find a new location for bzip2. I have uploaded version 1.06 to http://anduin.linuxfromscratch.org/LFS/ and that will do for now.
AFAIK, bzip2 has not been updated since LFS-6.8 (bzip2-1.0.6; Sep 20, 2010).
