Fix in Net-tools commands explanation, chapter 6

Description

"Command Explanation" section of Net-tools says that it replaces sh-utils's hostname program with "make update" command. But sh-utils's hostname program isn't installed anymore. So this patch fix this.

Also, a suggestion: put "make update" instead of "make install", as static programs are now installed in a separate directory, and net-tools will not replace anything.

A typo in the suggestion: "make update" command is currently on the book. It should be "make install", as anything will be updated (static files are on /static; maybe man pages?).
