add gcc-testsuite package, or switch to full gcc package

We either add the gcc-testsuite package so we can run 'make check' properly, or switch to the full gcc package. Downloading the testsuite package seperately along with gcc-core and gcc-g++ is still 7 MB less than the full GCC package, so that's probably the best way to go.

Wait to see the outcome of the discussion on lfs-dev first (if one every takes place. If none comes forth, go with the seperate testsuite idea).
