jhalfs stops in e2fsprogs step for CLFS

Description
I had installed CLFS SVN using jhalfs but, when it runs the step for e2fsprogs the environment variables isn't set and the step fail.
After some tries to check/change generated makefiles, i move on and realizing the step by the hand and continuing the following steps with jhalfs normally.

I believe any issues here been fixed by a patch submitted by CodeMonkey. Closing.

If you use optimization, they are passed through steps 091 092. This make them unable to build. Also maybe 091 and 092 should be in AS_LUSER group? in the Makefile
