Description
Add a new option, so that XML processor may issue a warning if entities are declared multiple times.

libxml2 already complains when entities are declaired more than once. Closing unless someone has more input on this.

This should be added as a profile checker of some kind in the GUI before running or automatically run when a profile is loaded.
