Printing of unknown elements while running should be done by default, and it should be an error, not just a warning.

Consider adding ValidateDTD() support, or just make the better use of parameters and attributes described in handler_info_s.

Printing unknown elements _after_parsing_the_profile_ is spammy. We should make a list of those, then print just the first one and the number of unknown elements found.
