Description
Adding new elements to the profile, by choosing them from the list of known ones (after parsing nalfs.dtd for example). Also add necessary elements for a new <package>.

parameters and attributes from handler_info_s can be used to pop-up the list of known ones for the element that's being added.
Another option is parsing DTD.
