Message:

Belatedly mark ImageMagick-7.1.0-61 as a security update.

Two vulnerabilities, CVE-2022-44267 (DoS) and CVE-2022-44268
(possible information disclosure) have been mentioned in the
last few days. These were raised against 7.1.0-49 and fixed in
7.1.0-52. Redhat point to the same one-line fix for each of
these and the code in 7.1.0-46 is also vulnerable.
