Description
A new version of polkit has been released:
https://www.freedesktop.org/software/polkit/releases/polkit-0.117.tar.gz
We can move from our git snapshot.

The PR is submitted.
In the meantime we can manually grab the script from https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/polkit/polkit/-/raw/0.117/test/polkitbackend/polkitbackendjsauthoritytest-wrapper.py, and put it info test/polkitbackend.

Base package is at:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/polkit/polkit/-/archive/0.117/polkit-0.117.tar.bz2
The "git archive" package doesn't have a configure script. And for polkit autoconf -fi requires gtk-doc, which would introduce a hard dependency.

https://www.freedesktop.org/software/polkit/releases/polkit-0.117.tar.gz is the release tarball and we used to use https://www.freedesktop.org/software/polkit/releases/polkit-0.116.tar.gz before the snapshot.
For the missing test script we can add a patch.

The test suite fails due to a missing test script in tarball. I'll give upstream a PR.
This is the third time I see this kind of issue among BLFS packages :(.
