     5At some point in the past we dropped system libvpx when thunderbird failed to build against v1.8.0, but firefox 102 and thunderbird 102 ship libvpx v1.11.0 and the thunderbird build now checks for libvpx >= 1.8.0 so --with-system-libvpx can be reinstated.

     7On my -j4 build that reduces the installed file size to 202 MB (saves 6 MB) and saves almost a whole SBU in the time.
