Given that this package has moved to TypeScript and adding it would be a pain, I would like to drop this package. Thoughts?

The current version works for now, so let's keep it...

I'm going to move this to 99-Waiting though, and whenever something in BLFS needs a Node module (so the infrastructure is there in the book already), or something needs TypeScript, we can update this. Building Node modules from source can be messy, so I'd rather have something else that needs one first before going through the effort of adding TypeScript.
