- CVE-2016-NNNNN: Fixed reading of invalid empty AES-encrypted strings.
- Fixed `pdfioContentTextXxx` output with Unicode characters past U+FFFF
  (Issue #171)
- Fixed `pdfioPageCopy` with a damaged input PDF file (Issue #174)
- Fixed error recovery when reading values (Issue #178)
- Fixed `pdfioContentTextXxx` output with invalid UTF-8.
- Fixed import of 16-bit PNG files with alpha.
- Fixed `pdfioDictSetStringf` which wasn't making a copy of the formatted
  string.

I'm going to put this on 99-Waiting. Since libcupsfilters was reverted back to 2.1.1 there is nothing in the book that needs it even though it is still listed as required for libcupsfilters but isn't. It mentions a security fix but gives a CVE placeholder.
