[Note that this is a development release]

It brings fixes for file update events, code cleanups, various small GUI
tweaks and some improvements for the side pane. It also properly sets
wallpapers for newer versions of xfdesktop. Thanks to the contributors
and all people who helped dig up and clean the bugs in the bugtracker.
