systemd-253 runtime issues with GCC 13.1 — at Initial Version

Description
There are several reports complaining systemd runtime issues after GCC 13.1 update. Pierre and I confirmed it. My debugging shows (at least a part of) these issues are caused by inappropriate use of the pure attribute for functions. See:

We can remove the problematic pure attributes with a sed. The fix is needed for both LFS and BLFS.
