I have a feeling this is probably related to the numerous Apple iOS/iPadOS vulnerabilities fixed in an update released this morning.

WebKitGTK 2.30.4 released!

This is a bug fix release in the stable 2.30 series.
What’s new in the WebKitGTK 2.30.4 release?

    Fix text data sent with WebSockets when using libsoup < 2.68.
    Fix the rendering on Raspberry Pi 3 using the proprietary video driver.
    Fix clipping of descedant layers of a mask layer.
    Fix the build with ICU 68.1.

Thanks to all the contributors who made possible this release.

Going to try building without the ICU fixes.
