Moving to hold. Will wait for two weeks and then update to 5.17.

If they are going to update every month, we can skip every other one. We will plan on updating to the latest before the next stable BLFS release. The freeze for that will be mid February.

The only use of qca in BLFS is for kdelibs (e.g. qt4 based), but I plan on adding instructions for qt5 also in order to future-proof the package.

Updated to kf5-5.17 but leaving open to address font packages in the upstream kf5 directory (which is new).

The fonts should go in /usr/share/fonts and not $KF5_PREFIX so they need separate pages in the book.
