New minor version.
Upstream is putting out a release about every two days. I'm putting this on hold for a while. Once a month maybe.

Now at 26.0.0.
On my test machine I build this for Sphinx for the llvm docs. That isn't a systemd build, so I can't check whatever in the systemd book uses it, but I could do this one if the systemd guys are agreeable (providing it works, of course :)
