Perl-5.20.0 can be compiled successfully by using

sh Configure -Dprefix=/tools -Dlibs="-lm"

Not setting libs let the Configure file search for gdbm and db libraries, which fails on my system.

I now continue with the next packages, including those in bss, to see if all goes well.
