qt configure parameters need update

Description ¶
On the qt page, there is no description of the configure parameter "-plugin-imgfmt-png". In addition to this, the two configure commands should be synced regarding the non-directory parameters ("-plugin-imgfmt-mng" is only present for Method 2 - Installing in /opt).
