It would be nice to s/keybinder2/keybinder/ in xml, to be consistent. GTK3 version is keybinder-3.0 anyways.

The only reference we have to keybinder in BLFS is in lxpanel (required). Is keybinder-3 compatible with lxpanel?
Should keybinder-3 be referenced by gtk3?
I do not want to spend time changing xml and filenames just to make the xml read slightly better.
That said, it do not have a problem with changing the user visible keybinder xreflabel or title to drop the 2. (Done in sandbox)
