Modify the build command line wrapper section of sassc-3.5.0

Hello,

The downloaded tar ball name for sassc-3.5.0 is actually 3.5.0.tar.gz, so the current tar extraction instructions are incorrect.

There are two ways to solve this:

1) Add the instructions for wget to modify the name of the tarball to match the instructions.

2) remove sassc- from the current instructions.
