Description
For a change, not a security update. The only fix relevant to linux is "Fixed video stuttering on Youtube (bug 1513511)" which is related to changed behaviour in libavcodec 58 (from ffmpeg).
The bug seems to mostly talk about micro-stuttering.
On linux, with youtube VP9 (via ffmpeg) is used.
