It seems we don't need the changes in 3.32.1.1 and 3.32.1.2 since we have built libdazzle sepreately.

Fixed at r21653.
Removed the dependency of libhttpseverywhere and libwnck (they are no longer used). And moved libdazzle to recommended (now epiphany ships a copy of libdazzle in the tarball).
