- option to not automatically play auto-play videos
- keep scroll position even there are banners loaded after page is shown

This was available in 65.0 also. IIRC about:config media.autoplay.default set to 1

After the release notes for 65.0.2 did not mention the skia vulnerability fix(es), at least when they first appeared, I'm not going to wait for the Release Notes to see if any vulnerability fixes are mentioned. If in doubt, update.
