Version increment to 1.11.20. Fixes a security issue, here's text from the announcement:
"Stable CVS 1.11.20 has been released. Stable releases contain only bug fixes from previous versions of CVS. This version fixes many minor security issues in the CVS server executable including a potentially serious buffer overflow vulnerability with no known exploit. We recommend this upgrade for all CVS servers!
