Originally I was going to add RTKIT and Pipewire, but I was able to work around it. Adding RTKIT would make a dependency that doesn't work on sysv (even with DJ's elogind support) due to having a hard dependency on libsystemd.so.

This should be a simple 'meson --prefix=/usr && ninja && ninja install'. It needs FFMPEG, gst-plugins-*, SBC, v4l-utils, (optionally) graphviz, doxygen, git, valgrind, and xmltoman.
