New point version

Firefox 67.0.3 is now available as a free download for Windows, macOS,
GNU/Linux, and Android from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/new/.

We recommend that users keep up to date with the newest version of Firefox
for the latest features and fixes.

Today's Firefox release fixes an exploitable crash. We are aware of
targeted attacks actively exploiting this vulnerability, so would like to
encourage all Firefox users to update to 67.0.3 as soon as possible.

My first attempt to build this using the patch reported it had successfully completed the build, but then exited (presumably, non-zero status). Will retry overnight.

Given Douglas's problems, I'm intending to add -disable-elf-hack. That seems to add about 6 MB to libxul.
